Board Meeting Minutes

I. The meeting was called to order at 7:50 pm. 
 
II. Minutes were approved from the July 31, 2019 meeting. 
 
III. Treasurer's Report 
The report was approved. 
 
IV. Management 
 
 
 
A. Management report 
 
Report items were reviewed. 
 
 
B. Financial 
 
The new Collection Resolution is in effect as of September 18, 2019.   
The delinquency accounts were reviewed. 
 
 
C. Maintenance and repairs 
 
Pacific landscape approved for tree trimming contract, and project will be 
paid for from the Reserve Account as budgeted. 
 
V. Unfinished business 
The path to nowhere on 24th is still in need of fence repair. The board agreed the 
cost of replacement was too high at this time and is seeking other ways to solve the 
problem, such as a repair to the bottom of the fence by a handyman. 
 
VI. New business 
Brian Murdock will be the new website manager. 
 
VII. Executive session 
Discussion of actions requested.

VIII. Reconvene 
The board agreed to waive a fine in the amount of $75.00 for a landscaping violation 
for (B222-02) per request. The owner will still have to pay the $25 administrative 
fee. 
The board agreed to waive a fine in the amount of $75.00 for a basketball hoop 
placement violation per Owner request (B215-02).  The Owner will still have to pay 
the $25 administrative fee.
