Annual Meeting Minutes

• Call to Order

                        The 2014 Annual Meeting for Clearmeadows Community Association was called to     order at 6:30 p.m.

• Introduction of Members & Guests

                        Board Members present: Carol Ivey, President; Jon Bennett, Director; Gary Moore,      Director; George Chinakos, Director
The Management Group:  Lynda DuLong, Janine Leyrer

• Establishment of Quorum

                        Quorum was not achieved with 73 out of 208 needed represented by owners   present and by proxy.

• Approval of 2013 Annual Meeting Minutes

                        A motion was made and seconded to approve the 2013 Annual Meeting Minutes.

• New Business

• Election of Board Member – Gary made a motion to appoint Carol Ivey for another term of two years, George seconded the motion, motion carried.
• Budget accepted as presented. Noted: no increase in fees necessary for 2015.

• Open Forum 

Various topics were discussed by the homeowners present. Subjects included the following:

• Duties of the Board of Directors
• Application to Modify Exterior process
• Street Trees and Owner responsibility
• Homeowner, provided information on AAA Tree Care, a certified arborist, which offers good rates for tree removal. Management will add to the community website.

                Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
