Minutes of meeting July 15, 2009.

Meeting was called to order by Vice President Bea Weimer at 6:30pm.  Also in attendance were board members Duane Vincent, Carol Ivey and Becky Smith.

Payment of $273.46 to Pacific Landscape Management for emergency repair of a stuck valve in sprinkler system approved.

Minutes of June 18, 2009 were read and approved.  The Treasurer’s Report was read and approved.

The ARC Requests for the following houses were approved;

      Unit A116   Fence replacement

      Unit A105   Trim paint

      Unit A317   Patio and Cover

      Unit C320   Fence and rock retaining wall

      Unit A308   Remove tree next to foundation and replace fence

      Unit A139   Paint siding and trim

      Unit A228   Paint trim

Discussion regarding the status of Insurance claim, nothing can be done until we receive Police Report which will take 6 weeks.

Discussion regarding letter to Unit A343, decided it will be hand delivered.

Becky Smith appointed to ARC Committee.

Becky Smith appointed to be Secretary of board.

Discussed having bids made in regards to raised sidewalks and having trenches and barriers of tree roots done to prevent further displacement of sidewalks on perimeter of community
