MINUTES

 

Call To Order

President Bea Weimer called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. 

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The minutes for November 2006 were approved unanimously. 

Accounting Report

Ed detailed the monthly financials.  The board agreed to keep $25,000.00 in a CD at Bank of the West. 

Community Report

Melissa stated that the community was quiet and not many calls were being received.   

Old Business

There was no old business. 

New Business

Arch Requests – There were no arch requests.

Lighting – The Board approved the replacement of the lights at 180^th and 184^th Avenue and one at 176^th Avenue for a total cost of $800 labor and 7 new lights at $21.00 each. 

Open Forum

No owners spoke at open forum.

The Meeting was adjourned at 6:45pm.
