MINUTES

Call To Order

President Bea Weimer called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Business on Hand

 

Architectural Fine Schedule – The Board requested that Melissa Waits create a new Architectural Fine Schedule and email it to the Board for review and then approval at the next Board meeting. 

Signage – The Board requested Melissa Waits to obtain prices on No Parking and Children at Play signs and then determine the cost on installation. 

Other Items Discussed – Chris reported that the bulbs at 176^th and 20^th were burnt out.  He will drive by and take a look at the type of bulb and let Melissa know. 

Melissa will obtain a price from Pacific for bark dust and the replacement of the plants and bushes that died.
