MINUTES

Call To Order

President Bea Weimer called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The Board reviewed the previous meeting minutes.  The minutes were approved as presented.

Review Current Financials

The Board reviewed the current financials.

Community Report

Melissa Waits detailed the community report.  She stated that violation letters have been sent.  The 4^th of July event was a huge success.

Old Business

• No old business.

New Business

• Arch Requests – There were no arch requests to review.
• Park Fence – The Board requested that 3 bids be obtained for the replacement/repair of the perimeter fencing.

Open Forum

There were several addresses that were reported to the Board for violations.

Adjournment

The Meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm.
