Fisher’s Landing Assisted Living Facility

MINUTES

Call To Order

President Bea Weimer called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Board Members in attendance:  Bea Weimer, Melissa Waits and Chris Leedle.

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The Board reviewed the previous meeting minutes.  The minutes were approved as presented.

Review Current Financials

NW Business Exclusive, LLC - Ed Arevalo detailed the financials. Ed detailed a specific home that should have the foreclosure paperwork by the next Board meeting.  The Board agreed unanimously to start the foreclosure when the balance totals $1000.00.  And will be sent out as certified mail.

Community Report

Melissa Waits stated that there were fines and violation notices sent out. 

Melissa will have final costs on the replacement of fence boards along the park perimeter.

Melissa will contact the city in regards to speed bumps.

Old Business

• No old business.

New Business

• Arch Requests – There were no arch requests to review.

Open Forum

It was noted that there was a dead tree along 176^th Avenue. Melissa will call Pacific Landscape.
