MINUTES

Call To Order

President Bea Weimer called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The Board reviewed the previous meeting minutes.  The minutes were approved as presented.

Review Current Financials

NW Business Exclusive, LLC - Ed Arevalo reported that there was nothing out of the ordinary on the financials. 

Landscaping Report

Jay’s Landscaping was not present; no report.   

Community Report

Melissa Waits stated that there were several fines and violation notices sent out.  The majority of the owners were complying. 

Old Business

• No old business.

New Business

 

• Meetings – The Board agreed to continue monthly meetings.  Melissa will check into a couple of meeting spaces.
• Landscape Management – The Board agreed to discontinue services with J’s Custom Landscaping and agreed to accept the bid from Pacific Landscape Management.  Melissa will coordinate the start date and contract and present to the Board at the next meeting.
• Dirt and Bark on fencing – J’s Custom Landscape will not take care of this issue.  The Board will bring issue to the next landscaper.
• Arch Requests – The Board reviewed and approved.
• On-street parking, 18520 SE 20^th Way – This owner was present to discuss the violation letter that he received for parking his truck on the street.  The Board unanimously agreed that this owner must follow the rules just as any other owner must and that he would continue on the Fine Schedule until his violation was corrected and remains corrected.  This owner requested a copy of the Attorney Opinion Letter regarding the CC&R’s.  Ed will send a copy to this owner immediately.

Open Forum

One household discussed an issue with another neighbor.  The Board agreed to send out a violation letter to the address reported.

The Meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm.
