MINUTES

Call To Order

Vice-President Melissa Waits called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Minutes of Previous Meeting

The Board reviewed the previous meeting minutes.  The minutes were approved as presented.

Review Current Financials

NW Business Exclusive, LLC - Ed Arevalo detailed the financials.  The financials were approved as presented. 

Landscaping Report

Jay’s Landscaping was not present; no report.   

Community Report

Melissa Waits stated that the community has been relatively quiet and not many phone calls have been received. 

Old Business

• No old business.

New Business

• Board Member Positions – This issue was tabled until the next Board meeting.
• Santa and Firetruck – This event will take place on Saturday, December 17^th, 2005.
• Holiday Light Contest – Betsy Leedle agreed to head up this event.  The Board agreed that gift certificates to Fred Meyer would be given for, 1^st – $75, 2^nd - $50, 3^rd - $25.  Ed will purchase certificates.
• Landscaping – J’s sent a bill to Ed for some replacement plantings within the community.  The Board requested Ed to have J’s specify the bill.  Melissa will solicit 3 bids from landscapers.

Open Forum

No owners were present for Open Forum.
